Product Manager with at least 4 years’ experience product management experience ideally working on engineering/ manufacturing or construction software solutions is sought on a hybrid basis by an international manufacturer & engineering firm with an HQ near Birmingham.

With extensive acquisitional growth this Product Manager will join a dynamic, highly skilled team focussing on building new SaaS, ERP or system products.

This role would suit a Product Manager with a track record of working directly with clients to convert business requirements into bespoke product functionality.

This Product Manager based near Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:

  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a Product management role ideally supplying products into the engineering, manufacturing or construction sector
  • A background in SaaS, ERP or system product management
  • A customer facing skill set with the ability to quickly understand clients technical requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with overseas delivery teams would be a plus
  • Proven ability working with cross functional teams to deliver complex products ideally from MVP to support
