Die Rolle

Die international ausgerichtete Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der einkaufsspezifischen Prozesse sowie ihre IT-technische Unterstützung durch Tools und Systeme sind wichtiger Bestandteil für die weitere Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Beschaffungsprozesse für den RWE-Konzern. Du trägst dazu bei, dass die Bedarfe der Konzerngesellschaften durch performante Prozesse international optimiert beschafft werden und der Einkauf effizient, effektiv und regelkonform arbeitet.

Dein Zukunftsplan

  • Analyse, Erarbeitung und Implementierungder eProcurementsysteme (Sourcing, Contract-, Catalogue-, Supplier Management)
  • Erarbeitung und Einführung eines E2E Prozessmanagement-Systems mit Fokus auf den SAP P2P Prozess
  • Unterstützt Supply Chain & Procurement Excellence Projekte (Fokus SAP P2P) mit cross-funktionalen Teams.
  • Harmonisierung existierender sowie Erarbeitung neuer Beschaffungsprozesse mit internationalem Fokus für Bedarfsträger und Einkäufer im Erneuerbaren und konventionellen Erzeugungsbereich
  • Aufnahme aktueller Entwicklungen außerhalb unseres Konzerns und Abgleich mit existenten Lösungen im RWE-Konzern zur Ableitung wirksamer, kreativer und digitaler Lösungen gemeinsam im Team und mit den operativen Einkäufern
  • Unterstützung der operativen Einkaufsteams und des Managements bei der Umsetzung neuer Prozesse
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Kommunikations- und Trainingskonzepten für Nutzer und Anwender neuer Prozesse und Applikationen
  • Entwicklung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Führungskräfte
  • Aufbau eines stabilen Netzwerks zu den operativen Einkaufsteams und Stakeholdern des Einkaufs

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung als (Teil)Projektleiter bei der Implementierung von eProcurement Lösungen mit den führenden Anbietern
  • Umfangreiches Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Procurement mit Erfahrungen in SAP ERP-Implementierungen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP ECC MM mit Fokus Einkauf und SAP SRM
  • Hohe Affinität zu Prozessen sowie zu Tools und Systemen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrungen bei ihrer Ausgestaltung und Einführung von Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte methodische und analytische Kompetenz
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Konfliktfähigkeit bei ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Deutsch) sind von Vorteil
