Role Description

This is an onshore full-time hybrid role for an Inspection Engineer. The Inspection Engineer will be responsible for the quality control, inspection, and testing of lifting and rigging equipment. The role will be located in Peterhead but will have flexibility for some remote work. The Inspection Engineer will need to collaborate and communicate regularly with the team and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in inspection, testing, and quality control of lifting and rigging equipment
  • LEEA qualified
  • Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (MPI essential) (EC, UT, DPI advantageous)
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Full UK Driving licence
