BREEAM Consultant | Milton Keynes | Permanent Ref: DB2099 Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for a BREEAM Consultant to join their multi-disciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy. The firm have been around for 15 years and work across a range of sectors such as; Commercial, Retail, Education, Defence, Healthcare, Industrial, Transport, Sport, and many more. BREEAM Consultant Requirements: BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Environmental, Construction or similar Relevant experience Licensed BREEAM Assessor (BREEAM New Construction or BREEAM Refurbishment and fit-out) Brilliant communication skills, written and verbal BREEAM AP (Desirable) Excellent analytical and report writing skills Computer Literate Experience working across multiple sectors E.g. Residential, Commercial, Defence, Healthcare etc (Desirable)BREEAM Consultant Duties: Undertake & Lead BREEAM Assessments from feasibility stage through to project completion Attend client and design team meetings as required Advise clients and the project team on BREEAM scores and credit compliance requirements Prepare validation statements and reports to be submitted to BRE Produce progress reports and update BREEAM credit tracker Liaise with clients, design team and contractors Carry out site audits during the construction phase and prepare records of site visits and audit reports Responding to BRE QA review comments and closing out non-conformances Assist with production of BREEAM AP reports Aid in preparation, monitor, and report of project cost and budgets Support junior members of the teamBenefits: Competitive salary Full support for personal and professional development Generous holidays - Option to Buy & Sell Sick Pay Enhanced Pension Cycle to Work scheme Hybrid Working Many MoreInterested?
