The Role:

  • Determine the condition of existing buildings looking for defects
  • Advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings
  • Deal with planning and building regulations applications
  • Handle communications with external stakeholders such as contractors and clients
  • Support across multiple teams to find forward action and enable safe work to take place

The Person:

  • Hold or aspire to achieve MRICS status or proven industry experience
  • Proven experience in project leadership with client interaction skills
  • UK Driving Licence
