What you'll do Learn the full 360° recruitment craft with hands-on coaching from senior NS&D recruiters. Use market-leading tech from day one: LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Cube19 and more. Source, qualify and match high-calibre candidates to live roles across NS&D and tech. Speak to people every day — building relationships with candidates and clients over phone and video. Contribute ideas for social content, engagement campaigns and community building. Develop real commercial awareness of the NS&D market and sharpen your negotiation skills. What success looks like (your first 6 months) Month 1: Master the tools, place your first candidates into interview, learn our quality standards. Month 3: Own a niche talent pool, run shortlists, start closing your first deals. Month 6: Manage roles end-to-end, contribute revenue consistently, map out your own desk and future team.
