The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates.
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis on new projects.
* Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
* Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
* Perform cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to works and contracts.
