Filiaalmanager (fulltime)

Central Employment seeks a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager for our client, a clothing manufacturer based in Stockton. The Branch Manager will oversee the retail store’s daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the sales team, and driving sales growth. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 10: 00 am – 12:00 pm ( option to work part-time off-season )
Pay cycle – weekly.
Manage and supervise all retail store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to minimize out-of-stock situations and overstocking.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and on time, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth store operations and alignment with company goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and employees.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
