Mobile AC Engineer

Salary - Up to £40,000

Covering Devon/Somerset

Taunton


Trevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring on a Mobile AC Engineer to work on theirnational contracts coveringcommercial buildings.Carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance works.Anexciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future opportunities.


Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer:

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHUs as required.
  • Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job.
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
  • The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
  • Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures.

Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6087) or equivalent
  • FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
  • Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPMs and Maintenance works.
