Technical Secretariat/Author Location: RG7 4PR , located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking .
We will consider flexible working requests so that your work may fit in with your lifestyle. You will provide support to the Liabilities function, of whom are tasked with maintaining our site infrastructure and utilities, as well as the decommissioning and demolition of old buildings to make way for new modern facilities.
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings. Ensuring that preparatory and follow up information and data is gathered, communicated, and issued and recorded formally in accordance with company arrangements.
The end-to-end coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings incl. notification, meeting planning, meeting packs, note taking, data gathering, data analysis, and action tracking.
A Level or equivalent qualification or equivalent on the job experience in a comparable field.
Good analytical skills and able to interpret data sets to ensure appropriate action/response is taken.
Good document and configuration control.
You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
9-day working fortnight - meaning you get every other Friday off work, in addition to 270 hours of annual leave.
