Voice and UC Product Manager

About The Role The Voice & Unified Communications Product Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle, commercial performance, and strategic direction of the company's Voice and UC portfolio, spanning telephony, SIP services, PSTN replacement technologies, SBC architecture, UCaaS, CPaaS, CCaaS integrations, and Microsoft Teams Voice. This role is responsible for overseeing the roadmap, collaborating with Engineering and Architecture to design solutions, managing suppliers, ensuring operational readiness, and spearheading the ongoing enhancement of our Voice & UC platform ecosystem. You will define how our voice services evolve to remain competitive, reliable, modern, and scalable, ensuring a seamless customer experience from provisioning to support. A core focus will be to examine customer requirements, regulatory modifications, the effects of PSTN discontinuation, vendor strategies, and market dynamics to influence product development. You'll establish specific objectives and key results that correspond with revenue enhancement, margin growth, churn mitigation, and increased reliability. You'll oversee the lifecycle of all Voice/UC services, which encompasses the onboarding of new capabilities, version upgrades, as well as the management of depreciation and end-of-life pathways. Role Requirements The ideal candidate is focused on customer satisfaction, possesses strong commercial acumen, is technically knowledgeable, and can effectively link strategy with execution in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setting. Demonstrated product management experience in Voice, UC, telecoms, or hosted communication platforms. Experience with SIP carriers, voice infrastructure providers, SBCs, and UCaaS/CCaaS integrations. A proven track record in the launch and development of telephony or unified communications products and practical experience in voice assurance, provisioning procedures, or telephony operations is preferred.
