SF are working with a fantastic construction business who are on the look out for a strong HR Administrator to come and join their fantastic team.

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Admin who can come in and hit the ground running Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this person will be responsible for providing key administrative support across the business and the full range of HR.

This person will be supporting and advising line managers and employees across the business whilst supporting with the on boarding and general administrative duties such as; issuing letters, processing new starters and leavers, producing new starter packs and carrying out right to work checks.
The ideal candidate will also it IT savvy and be able to use MS Excel proficiently - any experience in D356 is desirable.

This role will offer lots of variety and the successful candidate will be able to get involved in various HRIS project work and be able to share ideas and take control of their own work. We are looking for someone who has a passion for HR and who is confident and forward-thinking, someone who ideally has or is looking to complete their CIPD Level 3 as well as having some commercial awareness in order to keep on top of trends and apply them in their day to day.
