The Procurement Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to meet the needs of the organisation. This involves coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process. Order Tracking: Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may delay the delivery of goods or services.
Identify opportunities for improving the procurement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Proven experience as an expeditor or in a similar procurement role. In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
