Role Description: As Assistant Brand Manager at TePe Oral Hygiene Products, you will play a vital rolein supporting the overall brand strategy and marketing efforts under the guidance of the Brand Channel Manager. TePe is a leading provider of oral care products, focusing on delivering high-quality products to both dental professionals and consumers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing market trends, and implementing creative strategies to enhance brand awareness within the dental professional community and among consumers. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and creativity to ensure TePe's consistent positioning in the market.

Key Tasks:

1. Brand Strategy Execution:

• Supporting with the Brand Channel Manager to implement and execute brand

strategies aligned with TePe's overall business objectives.

• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual

identity across all channels.

2. Marketing Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote TePe's oral care

initiatives and product launches.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights for future

optimization.

• Play a key role in strengthening brand awareness and engagement with all

stakeholders.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

• Take full responsibility for Consumer and Market insights. Managing the relationship

and research projects with our insight partners e.g. YouGov, IPSOS

• Analyse data (Circana) to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement

in TePe's positioning within the dental industry.

4. Collaboration and Relationship Building:

• Liaise with internal teams, including sales, product development, clinical and design,

to ensure alignment with TePe's brand strategies.

• Build strong relationships with outside agencies including design, PR, and suppliers.

Experience Required:

1. Marketing Experience:

• 2 years of experience in marketing

2. Analytical Skills:

• Proven ability to analyse market trends, consumer data, and campaign metrics

specific to oral care products and dental professionals.

3. Project Management:

• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks

simultaneously and meet deadlines.

4. Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey TePe's brand

messaging to both dental professionals and consumers.

5. Creativity:

• Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing campaigns and content with our

internal and external agencies, that resonate with the oral care community.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing change and

proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.

Profile:

• 2 years appropriate experience

• Degree educated or at least 3 good A-Levels

• Enjoy working in a team

• Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and Digital platforms skills

• Willingness to travel

• Compatible with TePe Culture
