New Homes  - As experienced and specialist new build housing contractors, we create homes and regenerate areas with communities in mind. We work collaboratively with registered partners, local authorities, and private developers to provide high quality, energy efficient, and sustainable homes for people to live and grow.
 
At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.
Conducting plumbing repairs to our clients’ stock during the hours of 08.00 Monday to Friday, within the housing sector working with supported and vulnerable customers. Repairs will vary in scope of works, from small maintenance works i.e. replacement taps and fittings, to full immersion/cylinder replacements, unvented cylinders, pumps, bathroom re-fits, kitchen upgrades and leak detection works. 
You will work via an electronic handheld PDA device, with a daily job sheet of works to be undertaken and must effectively communicate this back to the office and management team where appropriate. · Optional - Be available on a rota basis to cover out of hours (additional recompense).
- This role is to cover the Harrow Borough and a vehicle, fuel card and uniform will be provided. 

Part P Plumbing 
Have the ability and skills to multi trade with a core trade of plumbing essential, ideally with a qualification in Plumbing.
