Sales Office Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pet loving experienced Sales Office Manager to join an exciting, fast paced customer focused business who will be responsible for leading the Sales Office function to deliver consistent service and order process excellence.
The role will be responsible for the day to day sales and service business operations, the ongoing development of their team to deliver best in class service and establish efficient and robust processes that support overall profitable business growth and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a hands on manager who can lead, develop and coach a new team and has direct experience of managing challenging customer service issues, professionally and sensitively.
The job holder will have a strong background in customer service and currently lead a sales office/admin team. They will have strong organisational, analytical and attention to detail and have experience of working cross functionally and in be able to lead on issue resolutions.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Supporting the overall business KPI's of turnover, volume and profitability
- Ensuring a first class level of administration and customer service support throughout the department
- Responsible for the development, coaching and leadership of a Sales Office team with set objectives and targets
- Responsible for the set up and development of process templates and way of working for the area
- Lead communication updates on behalf of the sales office team both to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the refund process and authorisation of returns of stock
- Work with the team to maximise sales order opportunities
- Suggest new ways of working to improve efficiencies and support with larger business projects
- Hold individual and team performance reviews as well as 1-2-1's
