As part of the development of Adult Day Services in Camphill Community Glencraig is seeking to employ a Team Leader who will be responsible for enabling residents and day attendees to pursue a valued lifestyle by supporting them with personal care as well as with social, emotional, spiritual and daily activity needs.
The focus of this post is to support adults and day attendees within the Farm environment and to assist the Farm Manager with daily Farming activities, providing meaningful work opportunities, whilst working in a beautiful outdoor setting, supporting the health and well-being of all individuals.
The Team Leader will provide the highest possible standard of support and care to adults with complex need and challenging behaviour, supporting the well-being and development of skills, enhancing and promoting independence, choices and rights in a person centred way upholding holistic approach within a caring environment and promoting the Camphill values and ethos.
Due to the urgent nature of this post, applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered
** 20 per annum, commencing at point 1 of a 6-point scale Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Mon
- Flexibility is needed to work occasional additional hours on the Farm during weekends on an as and when required basis.
Contract: Permanent Closing date: 4pm, Wednesday 16th October 2025 Essential Criteria: QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care ORA diploma / certificate equivalent to National Occupational Standards Level 4 in a Health & Social Care related discipline (Health & Social Care, Education, Early Years, Play/Sport/Leisure activities, Youth work or equivalent level of qualification) Registered or willing to apply for registration with the N.
