As Finance Business Partner- Logistics, you will support the Logistics Finance function to ensure delivery of budget through effective business partnering, in line with Screwfix strategy and core competencies.

Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from one of our Distribution Centres in Stafford or Stoke for 3 days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. You will also need to be able to travel to our Head Office in Yeovil as and when required.

Industry: Finance Services
Build trusted partnership with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions promoting business improvements and cost reductions.
Produce insightful management information to support the key stakeholders in understanding performance against Budget, Flex Budget and Forecasts.
Conduct detailed analysis to support key decision making and effectively communicating any risks to delivering the plan.
Work with the Screwfix and Wincanton Finance teams to ensure reports are simple, consistent, accurate, received in good time and process improvements are implemented wherever possible.
Work with other Finance colleagues to share knowledge and ensure best practice is shared across the team.
Experience of variance analysis including volume, efficiency, rate and mix is essential * Experience in Logistics or Manufacturing is desirable
Ability to communicate performance in a meaningful way to non-finance colleagues.
