Collaborate closely with architects and design team to produce drawings and documents for planning applications of large-scale Residential projects
Contribute to all stages of the design process, from feasibility layouts to planning applications, using Revit and AutoCAD
Assist in preparing full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packs, including drawings, 3D visualisations, and graphic outputs
Provide input and support in project design and development processes, ensuring compliance with building standards
Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience of working on large-scale, UK based Residential projects
Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is essential
