Operations Manager - Financial Mis-Selling Claims
Manchester City Centre (next to Piccadilly gardens)
£Working for a leading service provider to the UK Legal Sector within a rapidly expanding business unit, you will be responsible for nurturing growth within a financial mis-sold claims department. You will focus on building effective processes that will enable high quality services to be provided to clients and implementing processes that will provide best in class overall administrative support.
Client data integrity and confidentiality.
- Understanding, following and improving our policies and procedures.
- Capacity and resource planning and management
- You will drive engagement and improved performance with our external service and product providers
- The role holder will also be a significant leader/contributor to projects and change management initiatives
- Undertake appropriate audit and due diligence to ensure compliance with overarching regulation and principles
Monday - Friday hours only (9am - 5pm)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & Christmas shutdown
