Customer Service Manager - RES Welshpool
Help to grow and nurture a flagship store with amazing potential

In this hands-on sales role, you’ll be leading the sales team at our flagship Welshpool branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to some of our largest customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in WA
Experience and knowledge within the mining/industrial sectors highly desirable
Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential
CRM experience essential along with outstanding customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ mentality
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks based on urgency for the customer, but with an understanding of the commercial impact to the business
Actively grow our account sales and margin through service and off contract opportunities
Seek ways you and your team can improve the level of service being offered to our industrial and mining customers
Manage customer DIFOT in line with the contract terms
Actively manage our CRM system with your team to ensure compliance with business KPI’s
Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.
