Join our dedicated team as a SEN Teaching Assistant at an Ofsted-rated GOOD school in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive environment, working with children who have special educational needs. This will be a full-time position in a Primary School, doing a 1:1 with a pupil who has autism. This is due to start in September for full time for the full academic year. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will include: Support children with special educational needs in both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Assist with implementing the National Curriculum tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans. Monitor student progress and provide feedback. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for learning. Participate in school activities and events. Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant Role: Previous experience as a TA in a UK school. Knowledge of the National Curriculum. Experience with Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS. Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to maintaining a healthy work life balance. Working as a Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including: £85 to £95 day rate, equating to £16,575 to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year. The option of PAYE or Umbrella. Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates, 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot. Pension Contributions.
