Job role:

  • Responsible for the daily control of the bodyshop/workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues.
  • Estimating accident damage vehicles and dealing with insurance claims
  • As part of this role you will also oversee the smart repair side of the business
  • You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department

Experience Required

  • You will currently be in the same type of role as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ideally, you will have Audatex experience for estimating accident damage
  • You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people.
  • It is essential that you have experience within a bodyshop environment.

Working hours/days:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Occasional Saturdays (O/time)

Salary:

£35k basic

£40k++ OTE
