Our client is looking to recruit a Temp to perm Accounts Assistant with good experience of Purchase and Sales Ledger experience to join their small but busy team.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be required to provide accounting and administrative support to Financial Controller to maintain the office and accounting department running smoothly.
Main aspects of the role are -
1. Check and Process expense and subsistence claims.
2. Purchase Invoice processing
3. Supplier’s statement reconciliations.
4. Dealing with invoices queries.
5. Filing
6. Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
7. Cash book maintenance and posting.
8. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
9. Company credit card/ trade UK cards reconciliations
10. Suppliers Payments
11. Petty cash Control
12. Credit control.
13. Office administration
14. Hotel and flight bookings etc
15. Working with spreadsheets- Excel experience essential.
16. General assistance to ensure the accounting and Admin dept is running smoothly
