Graduate Business Psychologist About the job We are excited to be relaunching our graduate development programme and we are on the lookout for a talented freshly graduated business psychologist to join our team We are a firm of business psychologists specialising in effective psychometric assessment solutions, based on our world-renowned portfolio of tools. We are a small collaborative team with a shared mission to help organisations harness the power of psychometric assessment in their selection and development strategies. Our reputation is built on delivering world-class solutions that have helped to significantly increase organisational effectiveness. We are looking for a pro-active individual who is keen to get involved in all aspects of PCL life through a fast-tracked development programme which will see you work across multiple business functions whilst training in our full portfolio of psychometric tools and learning the ropes of training and consultancy. Our business psychology consultants work with clients globally to enhance their employee talent acquisition, talent development and engagement decisions, as well as to harness the power of their leaders. Throughout the graduate scheme you will gain experience in 3 areas:

  • Training Administration & Customer Support
  • Marketing & Research Communication
  • Training & Consultancy
Across the 1-year programme you will:
  • Develop relationships with customers and clients across training & consultancy
  • Process assessment setups and coordinate training workshops
  • Become experienced in the use of our psychometric tools
  • Produce content centred around the tools and our research
  • Assist with promotional events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
  • Deliver training workshops and follow up support for delegates
  • Assist with customer queries across our range of tools
  • Deliver one-one feedback sessions and debrief sessions
  • Write bespoke reports and assist on bespoke projects based on client need
The role is initially based in Tunbridge Wells 5 days a week with potential to work from our London office, based on competency and business and individual needs, after 6 months. About You Required:
  • MSc in Occupational/Organisational Psychology
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, SPSS
Desired:
  • BPS TUA and TUP qualification
  • Experience of office life and basic office procedures
  • Qualifications in some or all of our assessment products (especially Hogan).
