The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both sales and procurement order processes. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, customer service and operations. Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Team Leader:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2 administrators
  • Work closely with the supply chain manager
  • Oversee the entire sales order process
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams including sales and service
  • Align customer demand forecasting
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery of materials to support production
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales and procurement processes
  • Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years within a supply chain position
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience within manufacturing or production
  • Proficient in order management and procurement systems (ERP and CRM)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
The Role

  • 40 hours per week (working 8 hours per day inbetween 07.
