Are you passionate about driving innovation in agriculture and turf management? We're looking for a talented Research Scientist to lead our efforts in researching, developing, and testing new ideas and concepts for product development across multiple markets worldwide. Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Daventry, Northamptonshire, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our industry-leading formulations.
Collaborate with senior management and global R&D teams to present new ideas and findings.
Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and deadline management.
Analyse data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain project management software, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Monitor patents and collaborate with legal teams as needed.
Foster collaborations with universities and external partners for future projects.

Degree in Plant Physiology, Botany, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
Previous experience as an Agronomist or Plant Physiologist in a commercial R&D setting.
Familiarity with Design of Experiments and statistical analysis.
Strong research and analytical capabilities.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Valid UK driving license required.
