Inform3 are recruiting for civil engineers to join a busy civils contractor to work on civils projects in Antrim.

The client is seeking a Site Engineer with experience in setting out, supervising site works and a great desire to progress within the company.

Occasional once a week travel to UK.

Civil Engineer Requirements:

* Report into the Project Manager regarding site activity

* Regularly read and review site specifications and drawings

* Set out the site accurately and effectively

* Ensure sub-contractors, labourers and site staff are managed through effective communication and coordination

* Coordinate and control plant and material on site

* Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented

* Maintain site diaries and paperwork

* Conduct Toolbox Talks and Health & Safety Briefings

* Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions

* Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended

* Comply with all Health and Safety policies

* Assist in managing traffic on site

Civil Engineer Specification:

* Civil Engineer Degree

* 2 years+ relevant experience

* Setting Out experience

* Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently

* Strong numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word and Excel

* Excellent communicator

* Full driving licence
