Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a specialist manufacturer for the Oil & Gas industry, to recruit an Electrical Project Engineer for their site in North Lincolnshire. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering projects from conception to completion and provide continued technical support thereafter.
The Company is a world leader in the design, manufacture and supply specialist equipment for the oil & gas and petrochemical industries. They have been at the forefront of innovation and development in their market for decades and are an employer of choice in the area.
As Electrical Project Engineer, your roles & responsibilities would include:

Design new and improved equipment or facilities
Raise and maintain documentation for project and purchase approval
Survey existing equipment and facilities
Participate in machinery safety risk assessments
Perform project and contract risk assessments
Carry out contractor inductions and issue Permits to Work
Lead project teams to deliver agreed improvements to company assets
Direct responsibility for project delivery, budget control and managing contractors
We would be keen to speak with Electrical Project Engineers who possess the following experience:

Qualified in Electrical Engineering
Design of industrial machinery control systems
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial machinery controls.
Wide knowledge of electrical control systems applications
Detailed knowledge and expertise in designing control systems incorporating PLCs and variable speed drives
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and electrical design codes.
