We are based in the cantre of the attractive small city of Worcster, with a busy Crown court a minutes walk away. We have built up over the last twenty years into, we believe, the premier crime firm in the county, certainly the keenest. We know that are highly thought of by the local Courts, Chambers and our loyal clients.

We believe that criminal law can still be a rewarding career, both in job satisfaction and financially. We believe in promotion from within. We are six solicitors, four of us partners, and are looking to plan for the future.

Duty status is not immediately essential but you will need to be willing to qualify soon. We have an out of hours police station rota which we would like you to join. You need to enjoy daily Magistrates work inclduign trials. Crown Court advocacy is available if you wish. 

If you don’t know the area, it is a beautiful place, with the Malvern hills nearby, great houses at reasonable prices and good schools in private and state sectors. Birmignham and Chejtenha are both easily accessible. Our founding partner moved out of London twenty years ago to set up here and has no regrets…It is an excellent place to practice crime: the Courts and police station locally are amenable work environments a short walk away. The caseload is varied and surprisingly large. Serious work comes our way regularly both because of our reputation and fomr the busy scheme or repeat business. You will be respected as a professional and supported to develop as a lawyer. We are open and friendly and like to be a team

Salary and terms competitive; some working from home available. Full time or at least 3 full days if part time: flexibility possible
