This market-leading Property Specialist Law Firm, They are looking for driven professionals like you to join the team as Case Handlers/Conveyancing Paralegals and Assistants. They offer a competitive salary, fantastic performance bonuses, and a hybrid working model after your probation period.

Higher Salary: This firm offers a salary of up to £29,000 per annum, with the potential for significant bonus earnings.
Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Top achievers can earn an additional £12,000 annually.
Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working after your initial probation period.
Training and Development: Benefit from excellent training and development opportunities, including support from our Onboarding Manager to help you progress to a fee earner level.

As a Case Handler/ Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll manage your own caseload of up to 75 files following successful training, including sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, from quotation through to completion. You will handle every aspect of client interactions and ensure top-notch service throughout the conveyancing process.
Adhering to company policies and promptly addressing any issues
At least 2 - 4 years of experience assisting on caseload consisting of sales and purchases with a drive to want to become a fee earner with training
A good telephone manner and proficiency in Microsoft Office
20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day annually up to 25 days
