As a Delivery Manager, you will be working with senior delivery managers, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects within the public sector, adhering to the Government Digital Service (GDS) service manual. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering high-impact solutions that meet the highest standards of government service. You may also be required to travel to client sites.

Team Building and Management: Working in high-performing teams, fostering motivation, collaboration, and productivity. Ensure teams are motivated, collaborating effectively, and delivering quality results.
Removing Blockers & RAID Management: Identify and overcome Blockers to keep the team on track for successful project delivery. Owning and maintaining project RAID Log
GDS Service Manual Adherence: Ensure all projects strictly adhere to the Government Digital Service (GDS) service manual. Agile and Lean Practices: Apply advanced Agile and Lean practices to optimise delivery processes. Provide coaching and mentorship in applying the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency. Financial Management: Report on financial delivery and monitor project costs and budgets.

Proven track record in successfully delivering digital services within the public sector.
Extensive experience working with the Government Digital Service (GDS) service manual.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience tailoring processes to meet required standards.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with service designers, user researchers, and developers within the public sector context.
Strong background in stakeholder management, particularly within public sector projects.
