We are looking for motivated Aerospace Production & Assembly Team Members to support the manufacturing of precision components for leading aircraft programs. In this temporary role, you will contribute to the production of parts for world-renowned aircraft models, including the A350 and Snecma engines.

This role is based on a Temporary Basis - which is ongoing with Guaranteed weekly hours

These roles will be on a 2 shift rotation pattern

A shift - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 13.B Shift (20% Premium) Monday - Thursday 13.Hourly rates for these roles vary depending on experience starting from £11.Assemble and fit components for aircraft models such as the A350 and Snecma engines, following detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Inspect and test parts to ensure they meet stringent aerospace quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any issues in the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, output, and any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, particularly in handling hazardous materials and working with sensitive equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration on production machinery and tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements in the production process.
