The team’s holistic approach to Investment & Accountability feeds into key workstreams across the business: from new business tenders (orchestrating the value & trading proposals for potential new clients), to negotiating contracts, managing pricing guarantees and relationships with auditors. This is a truly Global remit, and we are very closely connected with our regional hubs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM & North America. From time to time, there will be opportunities for international travel, either to visit clients, our local offices or attend conferences.

The International Investment & Accountability team at Publicis Media Exchange is recruiting for a Senior Investment Manager to join them at the London Headquarters.
Your direct report will be the Investment Director and the Managing Partner.
As a growing team, there will be plenty of opportunities to grow within the I&A Department. Travel will also be required from time to time, either to visit local clients or our network.
There are significant training opportunities available at Publicis Media, covering a wide range of subject matter. Members of the team are encouraged to participate in any and all available training, so as to further develop their personal and professional skills.

Alongside the Business director, present agency position in client audits
Create and lead the presentation of projects for team meetings
Developing strong relationships with clients, traders in local offices, WW account teams and media auditors.
Providing advice and support to local offices on media accountability.
Manage global and regional communications effectively to share best practice and get desired results from local markets
To work alongside the rest of the Worldwide Investment team to maintain a strong collaborative global trading community.
A thorough knowledge of media trading metrics and KPIs used to measure media buying performance across the main media.
Work experience gained at one of the following: Media Agency Buying or Investment department, Media Auditor, Media Owner sales department.
Experience in working with and presenting to senior procurement clients
Fluent in English, foreign languages not essential, but certainly very useful in this role.
Experience in managing junior staff.
High level of numeracy and adept at managing data and using Excel.
Ability to process large amounts of data into relevant, big picture learning
