Senior Associate

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals who have been affected by personal injury or medical negligence? Join our client's specialist team where they handle all aspects of Court of Protection work, including property and affairs management, and community care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex Court of Protection matters, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Take the lead on your caseload while providing support to senior fee-earners as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, embodying a client-focused approach.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Trainees, and Paralegals.
What We Seek:
- A Senior Associate (Solicitor / Legal Executive) with substantial experience managing Court of Protection matters (approximately 7PQE and above).
- Proficiency in time recording and meeting annual fee targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction, particularly with vulnerable clients and their families.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset, eager to support team members.
- Interest in or experience with supervising and developing junior team members.
