Job Description Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with this wonderful Educational Travel Company who are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and consistent standards of administration, primarily for the Operations Team. This is a fully office based role working from their modern offices in Surrey.
Preparing tour documentation and supporting literature with precision and high quality
Handling payment acknowledgements, invoices and final travel documents
Source and oversee rates and options from accommodation suppliers
General administration tasks across all areas to support any ad hoc business needs
Strong administration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and accurate written and spoken English
Travel industry experience (advantageous)
Salary £22-25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday role
Office based in Surrey
