Proficiency in building web applications leveraging Laravel and related technologies from the Laravel ecosystem (authentication/permissions management, queues, events, cache, file storage)
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with PHP 8

You will be working as part of a team of skilled software developers, building and delivering our cloud-based business integration and insights platform. The platform, used both internally within the business and externally by our diverse client base, Integrates a wide range of digital services across the Cavendish team. The platform offers a wide range of features including, API data ingestion, aggregation and analytics, insight generation and dashboarding, reporting and notification, AI Data processing, social media integrations and much more.

Develop and maintain resilient and scalable backend architecture using the Laravel framework, running on AWS cloud resources
Collaborate with the frontend team to implement complete software solutions and ensure a seamless user experience, assisting with minimal frontend tasks as needed
Optimise backend systems performance and efficient use of resources
