Implementation Consultant-Remote

Help strengthen our Configuration Pension Implementation Team, we are currently looking for a Pension Consultant to join our homebased team.
The Configuration Team sit within our Implementation Department whose responsibility it is to implement first class pension administration solutions for our new and existing clients. Our span of projects can range from large blue chip strategic transformational deliveries through to small bespoke client solutions. We are now looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team to ensure all aspects of a transition and change project are delivered on time and to a high standard within a controlled project environment.

Managing system configuration activities and quality
Leading client implementation projects
Facilitating internal and external system training, and provide appropriate documentation
Mentoring and coaching Implementation Analysts
Conducting system configuration and testing quality control activities
Supporting the technical development of our technology platforms through participation in analysis and design, and specification production for new and/or enhanced developments
Undertaking system configuration and checking
Undertaking data analysis activities and checking
Undertaking project management activities including risk and issue identification and mitigation

Able to lead on projects and experience of managing/mentoring a team
~ UK Pension background: detailed understanding and ability to explain the difference between DB, DC, CARE and Annuities, how they are administered and a full understanding of system & process implications
~ pension member records and their set up
~- different types of Pension Schemes
~- Describe the regulatory bodies and their roles in this sector
~-Able to demonstrate capability and knowledge of pension/employee benefit technology platforms
~ Strong MS Excel skills, able to draft an automated excel calculator with basic formula; ability to use filters, sorting, pivot tables (rows, columns, grouping, filters and totalling), lookups, control totals, IF and nested IF statements and formatting of cells to specific guidelines
