A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Haringey are on the hunt for Aspiring Music Teacher for a September 2024 start. This is a full time, and permanent post.

You will be working across the Music Department, supporting KS3-5 lessons, while having a focus on attainment & the quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you're an aspiring Music Teacher looking to gain experience before enrolling onto teacher training.

The Head Teacher would ideally like a Music Graduate with any of the following Music related degrees:

• Music Technology (Music)
• Music Business (Music)
• Popular Music Performance (Music)

You will have the opportunity to enrol onto a Salaried Schools Direct opportunity via the Secondary School.

• Aspiring Music Teacher Program
• Secondary Teaching Assistant
• Working across KS3-5 with a focus on raising attainment
• Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
• Enrolling onto the Aspiring Music Teacher Program (Schools Direct)
• September 2024 start - Full Time & Permanent
• £36,500 permanent contract (Salary varies depending on experience)
• Located in the Borough of Haringey

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
• Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
• Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
• You must be able to engage and motivate the students
• Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
