This role involves providing technical support for approximately 500 end users across some of our sites across the north. The role requires presence at multiple locations, including Carlton, Worksop, and Manchester, and offers opportunities for career growth and development within the company.As a Remote Technical Support Analyst, you bring a high technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience in team collaboration and effective communication is a must. Your role involves providing localised support to end users, maintaining IT systems seamlessly.To excel in this role, you'll need to be agile, adaptable, highly self-motivated, and detail oriented. We're seeking someone who can champion fresh ideas and has a high technical knowledge with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. A car allowance and fuel card are included in the package.The Key Requirements...The role will work closely with both Remote Technical Support Analysts and central Technical Support Analysts & Specialists to identify repeat incidents, recommended changes and/or have innovative proposals to improve our overall deliveryProvide highly skilled technical support and become the focal point for all site-based user issues and requestsDevelop a deep knowledge and understanding of existing systems and technology that sites use, identifying the current and future needs of the usersMaintain Incident and Service Request queues in single digits at all timesProvide innovation and advice on the technologies used to support and run Premier environmentsEnsuring all technical implementations and changes are fully documentedResponsible for highlighting areas of weakness with possible solutions based on exposure and experienceEnsure all incidents and requests that are passed to a 3rd party are managed in a professional and timely manner, ensuring ownership of the resolution of the incident or request until agreed closureYou thrive on challenges and enjoy making a positive impact. This role is vital for efficient technical support operations, where responsibility, adaptability, and strong decision-making skills are key for success.
