Do you excel in a busy working environment where attention to detail is important? Monitoring void Commercial Property.
* Working with grounds maintenance and office staff in addressing environmental issues.
* Monitoring and reporting on bonfires, travellers’ sites and condition of open spaces.
* Monitoring minor instances of nuisance and low level Anti-social behaviour.
* Undertaking estate based inspections in partnership with community representatives.
* Developing and maintaining links with local communities and their representatives.
*Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification (Level 3) plus at least one year’s relevant customer service or general administrative experience.
*Have five GCSEs or equivalent qualification (Level 2), plus at least two years of relevant customer service or general administrative experience.
*Candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment.
* Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transportation.
*Full time, Temporary, 13 weeks initially.
* 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
