My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, which specialises in Flood Risk, Drainage, Transport and Infrastructure Engineering, is searching for a Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to join their design team based in Swindon.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk, Environmental, Hydraulic Modelling and Drainage Projects for Residential and Commercial Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.
As a Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant you will be required to complete technical work including:
- Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1,2 and 3.
- Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
- Detailed drainage design for S104 and S106 for residential and commercial developments.
- Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller.
This role offers a competitive salary, substantial benefits package, company benefits and career progression.
It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering or Hydrology and a experience writing flood risk assessments or drainage strategies.
Candidates are expected to live locally or move to the local area as you will be expected to work from the office for two/three days per week.
This role offers training and development, hybrid working, interesting technical projects and career progression. This is a permanent role.
