And we are Creative at our Core ; We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior Designer specialising in hospitality spaces to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-profile interior design projects within the hospitality sector, including bars, distilleries, breweries, and immersive attractions. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and design teams, you will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic direction and ensuring the successful realisation of our design vision.

A creative and resilient problem solver 
Work alongside the Design Director to develop innovative design concepts and strategies that enhance guest experiences and align with client objectives and brand identities
Create comprehensive design presentations, including floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and details to effectively communicate design intent and solicit client feedback
Direct the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and technology solutions to create immersive and memorable interior environments
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to project deliverables and client expectations
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the design and construction process
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the design studio
Proven track record of success (5+ years) in senior-level roles within the interior design and architecture sector, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of notable projects
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, proficiency in SketchUp essential
Good knowledge of visualisation/rendering software such as Enscape and Vray preferred
Communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with contractors
Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to hospitality and visitor experience design, with a keen eye for detail and quality
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations
Able to work from our head office in Belfast city centre
