Insight Recruitment Consultants have been asked by our long standing and reputable client to recruit for an experienced Country Hotel Receptionist.

The Hotel:

The Hotel is a charming country hotel with Georgian styling, nestled in the beautiful Derbyshire Countryside. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Country Hotel Receptionist to join the team Answer guest inquiries about the hotel, local attractions, and activities.

* Process Post, and messages for guests and the hotel a like.

* Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.

* Take telephone reservations and bookings for hotel rooms and restaurant.

* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

* Support other departments as needed, ensuring smooth hotel operations.

* May operate the hotel switchboard and announce incoming calls.

Demonstrate experience in a Country style hotel or hospitality environment (relevant customer service experience).

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software).

* A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.

* The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

* You may wish to specify if fluency in a second language as this is a bonus.

* Highlight any specific skills you may have that will allow you to work flexibly in support of hotel opperations.
