With a 34.5-hour workweek, there is room for flexibility, acknowledging that exceptional client pitches and visits may necessitate additional hours. These commitments could involve overnight stays or extended travel times, all in the spirit of fostering client relationships and driving sales. In addition to the salary, a quarterly commission scheme is in place to reward your efforts, offering £50.00 for each legitimate appointment secured.
