Job Title: Weld Inspector Location: Immingham Start Date: Immediate Hours: Approx 70hrs/week, Mon-Sun Shifts: 12 on 2 off Duration: 4-5 weeks PAYE pay rate: Basic: £22.97/hr + £2.76/hr Hol Pay O/T 1: £34.45/hr O/T 2: £39.97/hr Hourly Bonus Lodge & Travel Allowance / Radius Allowance The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Weld Inspector for a large industrial site in Immingham. The role will involve inspections and testing of pipework, vessels and welding across the plant. Duties will include: Preparing and reviewing quality plans, inspection and test plans and supporting QA documentation. Providing quality related technical support for projects / maintenance. Reviewing vendor/supplier quality plans and inspection and test plans. Co-ordinating and advising guidance on material certification, welding, NDT and other quality requirements. Ensuring all installation works are carried out in accordance with the final walkdown checklist Assisting in ensuring that all project and company HSEQ goals are achieved Effective communication with any client and / or principal contractor representatives Demonstrating visible safety leadership by example and communication with teams Continuously reviewing and referring to walkdown checklist / workpacks / drawings to ensure workscopes have been executed as planned. Escalating any identified issues to client Requirements: HNC/HND in an Engineering Discipline (preferred) Welding Inspector (PCN or CSWIP) Radiography Interpretation (PCN or CSWIP) Minimum 2 years experience on large industrial sites CCNSG Ideally, candidates will also have the following experience: QA/QC experience of final walkdown inspections on pipework and pressure vessels Delivery focused with proven experience in achieving projects goals whilst maintaining high standards in HSEQ at all times Knowledge of HSEQ safe working practices / procedures Able to interface and interact with client and principal contractor representatives at all levels Knowledge of permit to work systems About Us: Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction sector.
