My client is a multi-discipline, innovative Building Services company specialising in critical systems projects, and are currently seeking talented Mechanical Site Managers to work on a large Data Centre project in Canary Wharf.
As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will take charge of mechanical aspects of our prestigious Data Centre project. Your strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational skills will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, managing the mechanical installations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Lead and manage the mechanical construction activities of the Data Centre project from start to finish.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
