Senior Product Manager
We currently have a new and interesting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join Ciphr.

This is a hybrid role for candidates residing within the UK. You will be required to travel to the office in Reading.
On a day-to-day basis of a Senior Product Manager, this is what you can expect:
Analyse the competition, ensuring our products have clear differentiation and our sales team are equipped with your analysis
Create product planning documents across the product lifecycle, ranging from strategic documents for long-range planning, to release plans and requirements for immediate releases
Coach junior members of the team in product techniques and skills

~ 4+ years experience in B2B software product management
~ Experience with HCM software or a related industry is beneficial
~ Ability to balance competing demands and priorities, articulating compelling, data-backed reasons for your prioritisation
~ Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, balancing your time on those tasks
~ Experience in working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
