We’re a leading online reviews platform, free and open to all. We are seeking Engineering Managers who have experience building great products and applications at scale, using the right technologies while focusing on delivering value for our users. We are looking for someone with at least a few years of experience developing software engineers and who knows how to grow them and make teams successful.
By customers - for example to display Trustpilot Widgets on their website and extract data for analysis in-house

Own the delivery of major initiatives and balance delivery with sustainable engineering practices
Manage and mitigate high-risk elements of initiatives, effectively communicate issues, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
Ensure teams have the appropriately high technical competence and aim for quality
Collaborate with the engineering leadership to engage, develop and retain talent
Set up team members for success by creating growth opportunities, and addressing gaps in skills by mentoring and professional development coaching
Several years of Engineering Management experience on top of a solid technical background
Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, or Google Cloud
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Methodology
Infrastructure: AWS (CDK, ECS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, ...), Languages: Typescript, Node.js, C#
