About Us: At Buildforce, we pride ourselves on working with high-quality, innovative construction contractors across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a dynamic team for an exciting multiroom scheme in Bristol.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee a multiroom scheme in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the project timeline and budget.

* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals.

* Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, with a focus on multiroom schemes or similar large-scale projects.

* A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

* Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.

* Thorough understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
